Please feel free to request for any changes or edits to make it truly yours. Once you approve the design, printing typically takes 2-4 days, and the product is usually delivered 3-5 days after that. We individually design each waveform to ensure there are no unwanted surprises and you recieve a truly personal product.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS & GUARANTEES: If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may request for a cancellation and a 100% refund. After your order is shipped, due to the custom nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns and/or refunds. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the product and packaging so we can send a replacement.

How does one place an order?
Place your order in 2 easy steps:
- Select a style and size for your print. We currently offer 16 styles and 4 sizes.
- Please provide us with the link to the song or audio clip and place your order in the customization box.
We will email you a digital preview of your artwork within 24 hours of receiving your order. Feel free to request any changes, and approve it for printing!
How and in what formats do I share my song or audio clip with you?
We can work with YouTube links, SoundCloud links, audio/video clips in mp3 or mp4 format shared in google drive/dropbox etc.

Can I preview my artwork prior to printing?
Yes, absolutely!
We always email a design proof/preview for approval within 24 hours of receiving your order. Feel free to ask for any revisions/edits to make it truly yours.
We do this to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your artwork before we print and ship your order.
How does the QR code work?
By default, all prints come with a QR code. Scanning the QR code redirects to the link you’ve shared with us.
In case you do not want the QR code, simply let us know by selecting “No” in the customization box and you’ll receive your waveform artwork without the QR code.
Will my artwork look exactly like the style I selected?
Think of the style you selected as a template on which your waveform art will be based.
Since every song and audio clip is unique, your waveform artwork will be unique as well.
